Peter has over 20 years’ experience in advising and building ASX-listed companies.
He started his career with KPMG in the Taxation Division, later establishing KPMG's Technology Advisory practice in Sydney. There he advised large public and private companies on funding via private equity, government grants and tax incentive programs for research and development.
Peter went on to establish a boutique technology advisory practice, advising many of Australia's largest ASX-listed and foreign corporates – including BHP, Telstra, Boral, General Motors Holden and Ford.
He progressed to executive and board roles with a number of early-stage ASX-listed technology companies, having principally invested in each of these to develop, commercialise and successfully exit.
Peter is an executive director for junior explorer Capital Mining Limited (ASX:CMY) and non-executive director of breakthrough waste processing technology company Syn Dynamics Australia Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Victoria University (RMIT) and is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia.

Anthony has over 20 years of corporate advisory and investment experience in Australia, the US, Hong Kong and mainland China.
Beginning his corporate finance career with ABN AMRO, Anthony has extensive experience in transaction and portfolio analysis and risk management for both debt and equity structured investments. He has advised numerous ASX-listed and private entities in a wide range of sectors including mobile technology, technical & engineering services, resources, finance and agriculture sectors.
Anthony has a well-established private and public capital network in Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China. He is active in China outbound and inbound investment with Australian businesses.
Anthony is a non-executive director of Software as a Service enterprise solutions provider Reffind Limited (ASX:RFN) and junior explorer Capital Mining Limited (ASX:CMY), non-executive Chairman of breakthrough waste processing technology company Syn Dynamics Australia Pty Ltd and is Chapmans’ nominee director for sports media business 20FOUR Media Holdings Pty Ltd and mobile technology commercialisation business Digital4ge Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan has 20 years experience as a principal investor, owner and operator across a diversified range of industries in Malaysia, India, Dubai, Singapore and South East Asia, His industry experience includes technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, food processing and distribution, property development and construction.
Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan brings an extensive network of government and private sector industrial and investment market relationships to Chapmans Limited and will have a focus on supporting further investment for Chapmans existing investments as well as developing new investment opportunities in Australia and international markets.
Chris has over 7 years experience in the mobile technology sector with a focus on mobile application development and delivery.
As a reputable technology entrepreneur Chris has successfully developed a range of mobile media and e-commerce based assets.
